Reporting a bug
A good bug report gets fixed fastest. Please include:
- your browser and device (for example “Chrome 131 on Windows 11 laptop”),
- the controls you used (Phone, Hand, Paddle or Mouse),
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead,
- a screenshot if you can.

Privacy requests
To ask about or delete data held about you (such as an optional cloud save), email us from the address you want us to reply to. See the privacy policy for what Palm Court stores.
Press and business
For press, streaming, portal or partnership enquiries, email us with “Press” or “Business” in the subject. Streaming and making videos of Palm Court is welcome.
